Looking for a new coffee spot in Hagerstown? The new Dunkin' Donuts location at 761 E Wilson Boulevard might be your answer. Dunkin' Donuts commemorated the location's grand opening early last month, and they're buzzing with excitement (and caffeine)! Our team in Hagerstown aided in the land development process to bring this new site to fruition, designing it in a way that would best serve the local community. Situated within walking distance of the Kenley Square Apartments at the corner of the Kenley Village parking lot, this location is perfect for those in need of an afternoon pick-me-up or a morning treat to start the day.

The 0.63-acre parcel was an ideal site for the company’s initiative to introduce the next generation (“NextGen”) franchise locations.
Dunkin’ Donuts’ NextGen restaurants are designed with the needs of the modern customer in mind. Featuring exclusive premium beverages, digital kiosks, and a revamped interior, these NextGen locations are becoming increasingly popular amongst patrons.
FSA produced the stormwater management and site plans, and procured the necessary permit for development. Further, FSA’s coordination between the agencies involved helped ensure all parties were informed throughout the process.
The site, in its entirety, features the 1,142 square-feet NextGen restaurant building, a zipper-merge drive-thru system, and parking for both curbside and in-store pickup orders. In addition, this Dunkin’ Donuts features the new walk-up window design and is the first of its kind for the city.
