Project CoordinatorHagerstown, MD

Position Overview:
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects from conception to completion. This includes scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulations. The role demands exemplary communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and oversee civil construction and subdivision projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.
• Creating proposals for project intake and entry into project management systems (Unanet)
• Assist in the preparation and review of project plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure all project requirements and obligations are met.
• Manage resources and materials to optimize project efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Prepare and distribute project documentation, including reports, plans, permits, etc.
• Identify and mitigate project risks (ie. zoning issues, health dept requirements, timelines, etc.)
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Knowledge of land use regulations, zoning, and local ordinances (Regulatory Compliance)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and client management skills (scheduling)
• Ability to interpret technical requirements and agency feedback (Quality Assurance)
• Experience with project coordination and plan processing (preferred)
• Project estimating and billing (budgeting)

Land Surveying Graduate / Survey Party ChiefMultiple Office Locations

FSA is seeking someone with experience performing boundary surveys, topographic surveys and construction layout. Candidates must be self-motivated and willing to work overtime hours when required. Our surveyors currently travel daily from northern Virginia to Central Pennsylvania along the I-81 corridor; therefore, relocation to the area is required. Candidates should be familiar with conventional and robotic total stations, data collectors, automatic levels, and GPS equipment. Knowledge of Carlson Survey and/or AutoCAD is preferred. Recent graduates or undergraduates from accredited Survey Technology programs are welcome to apply.
