Project Brief
FSA completed a feasibility study and performed detailed engineering for the 600,000 square feet shopping center located off of I-81 in Hagerstown. This project involved a flood study, infrastructure expansion, connector roads, water distribution system and utility infrastructure. Improvements were made to Interstate 81 and US 40 in order to accommodate this new development. FSA also executed the annexation surveys for this area to annex 416 acres of land into the City of Hagerstown Corporate Boundary.
