Project Brief
The Culler Lake Masterplan consisted of two phases. The first phase was the installation of a shared use path through Culler Lake connecting to the existing Baker Park network, gravel wetlands, a reconstructed lake wall, renovated fountain and the beginning lake promenades and overlooks. Phase II expanded on the original concept to include a Culler Memorial Plaza with interpretive watershed paving designs and a further expansion of the shared use pathways, interpretive overlook plaza and a lakeside promenade/streetscape renovation meant to enhance views of the lake while improving streetscape conditions.
