Project Brief

As the first planned unit development (PUD) in the area, Hager's Crossing has been designed to bring its residents modern amenities of a thriving community amidst the peaceful beauty of historic Hagerstown. The neighborhood includes 903 units with a mixture of single-family detached homes, townhouses, garden apartments/condos and a community center/recreation area.

Phase I – FSA worked with the Maryland Department of the Environment, FEMA and the Army Corp of Engineers to re-map a section of the 100 year flood plain to accommodate road crossings for this development.
Phase II – includes an expansion of 289 single family residential lots.
Phase III – consisted of the engineering and design of a community center and recreation fields that were added to enhance the quality of living for the community residents.
