Project Brief
The existing property of 5 acres and has been developed with single family homes for the past 50 plus years. The project constructed a 3-story medical office building with a total area of 51,000 square feet. This required the demolition of existing dwellings owned by Waynesboro Hospital and the removal of Prospect Street and adjacent alleyways.
