Project Brief
At the Wenger Court Development, a new public street terminating in a cul-de-sac was built from Walnut Bottom Road in Carlisle connecting to the adjacent church property. The original 7.5 acre property was then subdivided into approximately 2.3 acre commercially zoned parcels. Since then an All Better Care Facility and Healing Paws Veterinary Care have been constructed.
